Reflection: This project was very interesting we started off individually and then from deciding our project we were placed into related groups. It was different from all of our previous projects in that we used the google classroom. Throughout the project, there were many confusing steps but in the end it came together. First, I learned how to create a supporting document for the information that I found while researching but this process took me awhile because I wasn't sure of what to do at first. For example, The first few days we worked on it I was stuck and couldn't figure out what to research but then I found sites that contained important information regarding my topic so I then started to paraphrase what I found and would site the source. Second, I learned how to present information more efficiently so that people can understand it much easier and how to use social media to get a message across. For example, using Instagram I was able to make post relating to each other that conveyed a better message that packed in a personal approach. I also learned to limit the amount of words and give a better picture by showing pictures, this gave others a better understanding of the chemical equilibrium that is happening. There were also a couple things that I could have done differently. First, I could have worked more efficiently during school hours and tried asking others what they were doing the first few days of the project, so that I would not have to do the majority of my research at home and rush to get it all done. This led to my other pit, which was getting stuck on what to research. After collaborating with my peers and teacher I was able to gather all of the research that I needed. Next time I will do as much research during class so that I can communicate with others in case I have any trouble. I will also try to look at all the requirements before starting the actual project. Overall, this was a very fun and interesting project it allowed me to see a new side of social media and a new way to approach a project.
